١. المقدمة | Introduction

٢. سياسة الشراء | Purchase Policy

1. جميع الأسعار تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (إن وجدت).
2. تأكيد الطلب يعتمد على توفر المنتج والدفع الكامل.
3. تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ في السعر أو معلومات المنتج.
4. All prices include VAT (if applicable).
5. Order confirmation is subject to product availability and full payment.
6. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is an error in pricing or product details.

٣. الشحن والتوصيل | Shipping & Delivery

1. يتم شحن الطلبات خلال (1-3) أيام عمل داخل سلطنة عمان.
2. تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب الموقع الجغرافي وشركة الشحن.
3. العميل مسؤول عن إدخال عنوان شحن دقيق ومحدّث.
4. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days inside Oman.
5. Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service.
6. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and updated shipping information.

٤. سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال | Return & Exchange Policy

لا يُسمح بإرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج بعد إتمام عملية الشراء.

نُهيب بالعملاء التأكد من تفاصيل المنتجات قبل إتمام الطلب. في حال وجود استفسار، يرجى التواصل معنا قبل الشراء.

No returns or exchanges are accepted after purchase.

٥. الضمان | Warranty

1. يتم تقديم الضمان حسب سياسة الشركة المصنعة أو المورد.
2. يشترط وجود فاتورة الشراء الأصلية للاستفادة من الضمان.
3. الضمان لا يشمل الأعطال الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الإهمال.
